Studio Mise is a chef-led operations and digital systems studio. We deliver brand audits, logo and asset refinement, business information structuring, website and digital presence builds, booking systems, CRM, and automation infrastructure for culinary professionals (Studio Mise) and non-food service businesses (Studio Mise | Deconstructed). Subscriptions are offered in tiers — Prep, Plate, and Present, and Blueprint, Build, and Operate — each with a setup fee and recurring monthly access.

• •Each tier includes a one-time setup fee followed by recurring monthly access, as published on our Services page at the time of purchase.
• •Monthly billing begins after your initial access period. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
• •All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for setup fees and recurring subscriptions.
• •Pricing, tier inclusions, and soft-opening offers may change. Any offer terms displayed at checkout govern your specific purchase.

• •You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period unless required by law.
• •Setup fees cover committed onboarding, audit, and build work and are non-refundable once work has begun.
• •Refunds, when applicable, are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of the request.

• •You agree to provide accurate, timely business information, assets, and access required for us to build and maintain your systems.
• •Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or third-party access may affect timelines and deliverable schedules.
• •You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, pricing, and any claims made on the systems we build for you.

We build to a defined workflow, but project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. The 7-day access period included with setup is provided for reviewing and refining your live site before monthly access begins.

• •Upon full payment, you own the website content and assets we create for your business, excluding our underlying frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools.
• •Studio Mise retains ownership of its brand, methodology, internal systems, and any pre-existing frameworks used to deliver your build.
• •We may feature completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless you provide written notice requesting otherwise.

You agree not to use our site or the systems we build to engage in unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful code, or misrepresent your business. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for violations of these Terms.

Your build may rely on third-party platforms — such as payment processors, booking, CRM, hosting, and analytics providers. We integrate with these services but are not responsible for their downtime, changes, policies, or data handling. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with such providers where required.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, search rankings, or uninterrupted error-free operation of third-party systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Mise and Eclectic Artistry Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Mise and Eclectic Artistry Enterprises from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cameron County, Texas, or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
